CaterMasters Inc & Cinderella Service can cater for any event, large and small, and have experience in all types of events. You can be assured of our professionalism right from your initial phone call.

We can arrange everything from Valet Service to the Entertainment, linen and table rentals, as well as recommend florists and cake designers. We can even assist in finding you a venue and all the vendors needed for your event.

Listening

Service Etiquette

We specialize in discussing your event, listening to what you are thinking of providing for your guests and get a feel for any budget constraints. We will suggest ideas and menu options that will compliment and enhance the event, and produce a starting menu with pricing for your review. We will also be available to come to the venue to ensure we understand your vision. We can also provide a tasting of the menu, at our tasting room, next to our kitchen. From this point small details can be changed or added. Once the event has been finalized, copies are given to the kitchen about one week out and final guest counts are expected three days prior to your event.

Our goal is your vision. We understand that, what we serve, and how we serve it represents you, and we will put every effort in the planning to ensure there is a good flow to the event. We also recognize that discretion and security is of the utmost importance. We train our staff on these issues, as well as what we call the ‘Service Etiquette’ when entering a private home. We also cover such matters as where to park staff vehicles, and to what to check for and report to the homeowner prior to leaving the premises/home.
