Availability:

Main Museum:
This area is great for stand up cocktail receptions with a maximum of 80 guests.

Lecture Hall:
Has space for 80 people. Great for business events or lectures with theater style seating, some audio visual equipment included in rental fees.

Outside Areas:
Open space can provide seating for up to 600+ guests theater style, or can accommodate 300+ guests for a sit down dinner, or a large cocktail reception for 1,000 people.  Has several areas for wedding ceremony setup. Some areas might be priced separately. The 1926 Cottage would be a great location for lunches or ‘high tea’ themed parties. The museum has easy drop off areas and adequate parking for large events. This area may also be tented.

Types of Events:

This venue is perfect for larger parties.  Contains beautiful outside areas and scenic walkways with large open spaces.  Has old Florida exhibits such as Seminole authentic huts to early century boat ferries and a recreation fort.  Museum space has covered Seminole Chickee hut or stage, ideal for concerts, sit down dinners, and cocktail receptions.  The 1926 Cottage is ideal for smaller groups up to 12 people, and is perfect for a lunch setting, a high tea, or an old fashioned wine dinner.  Rental space may include spectacular historical exhibits in the main museum area for guests to enjoy.  Knowledgeable docents are available.

Other Information:

This must-see museum has a broad collection of ancient artifacts and history of the first Seminole settlers in the area. Nestled on five acres of landscape, you will experience what everyday life was like at that exact place over 100 years ago.  With ancient shell tools, ceremonial masks, and other discovered items, you will get a strong insight to the lifestyle of the Calusa Indian Civilization, including exploring native gardens, restored cottages, and get to tour the archaeology lab.  Guests will leave with a true sense of old Naples and surrounding areas.

The Naples Depot Museum

This unique area is a perfect location for up to 280 guests in a cocktail reception style. It is also a friendly location for cocktail reception followed by a sit down dinner for up to 80 people, all under cover. Has outdoor decking and adequate parking for big events, location is ideal right on 5th Avenue.

Types of Events:

This indoor space is ideal for cocktail parties with up to 280 people.  Outside areas may be tented for large events.  Excellent venue for private and group events that are looking for a Collier experience.  Renovated 1920s car is underway for completion sometime in 2015, which would add a perfect spot for 1920s themed events or a murder mystery evening.

Other Information:

This museum reflects on the evolution of the roaring twenties.  During this time, Southwest Florida was flourishing and transforming its use of technology, travel and transportation, and trade to become the settled region that it is today. The Naples Depot museum contains examples of historic transportations methods, including a mule wagon, antique swamp buggy, restored railroad cars, and Seminole canoes.

Sit down dinner 300+ people, cocktail reception for 600 people. Each side atrium can accommodate 200 each for cocktails.

Second Floor (Overlooking Grand Floor):
Stand up cocktail reception for 200 people.

Room #390:
Great for seminars and after dinner parties for up to 400 people.  This space is very flexible for all kinds of events.  Set up the day prior to your event is usually possible and can be included in the rental price.

Types of Events:

Great for seminars, weddings, cocktail receptions, and dance parties. Can accommodate up to 1400+ in all areas at one time.  Has excellent restroom facilities on every floor.  This design center is a very good fit for large groups, or someone who is looking to have a classier event or party.

Other Information:

Miromar Design Center has a variety of showrooms and resources that offer elegance and sophistication.  This design center has 45 home furnishing stores in its facility and is known as the premier destination for design professionals.

Historic Palm Cottage™

Inside the Cottage:
Cocktail Receptions only up to 65 guests under cover.

Outside Areas:
Sit-down dinner for 65 people (no tented areas), or a 40 person cocktail reception and sit down dinner under the Chickee Hut.
This venue is located right across from the Naples Pier and offers a great location for weddings. Parking is free in the garage on Broad Avenue South Between 2nd& 3rd Streets.

Types of Events:

This venue is perfect for weddings and cocktail receptions and corporate events inside and out. All areas of this location are as beautiful as the next!

Other Information:

Built in 1895, this two story 3,500 sqft house and historical museum allows visitors to experience the rustic charm of Old Naples.  Hand-crafted by one of Naples residents, Walter N. Haldeman, it contains several historical tales, artwork, and furnishings that are over 100 years old.  Also contains a Chickee Pavilion outside in the Norris Gardens.  Passed food and beverages are permitted inside the house.

Availability:

Located in downtown Naples, close to the pier shopping and night life to continue your celebration deep into the night. This location only allows for a small number of events each year, so pre-booking well in advance is advised.

Types of Events:

The event space is divided into three parts with a foyer as the central location, and is full of the best art Naples has to offer. The art is for sale, should you fall in love with a particular piece. With three areas this venue can offer separate areas for reception and dinner, or just have all spaces open for use.

Other Information:

This space is great for rehearsal dinners, corporate receptions, fundraisers, and more. The space is good for a dinner of up to 60 people. For stand up cocktail receptions, the space can hold 150 people.

Availability:

Located in the heart of historic Immokalee, this venue would be ideal for period weddings, or a perfect backdrop for large corporate events. While remote, this venue offers a true feel of old Florida.

Types of Events:

Roberts Ranch is ideal for open air or tented events for a large number of people. This venue would lend itself well for concerts, corporate and non-profit events. It can be made private, or open to the public.

Other Information:

The museum building on this property is a historic site. Inside is ideal for lectures and for guests to get a feel of days gone by. Small private dinner for 70 people is possible. The ranch area is large, and can hold 1,500 people. Some outer buildings, including slave quarters may have to be blocked off for viewing, depending on the number of guests. Guided tours can be arranged.

Pricing:

Prices will depend on group size and areas to be used. Venue price starts at $750.00 for the first 50 people.
