We have menus that have been tried and tested at weddings across the country that brides have been happy with, but we would be delighted to produce a menu that is specific to your special day. We like to give a lot of thought to your menu, and for this we prefer a phone conversation with you so we can find out what the Bride and Groom like, or more importantly what they don’t like. If there are any special diet requirements; what Scotch do we need to provide for the Brides father?
The flow and an approximate timetable of the event are also important. Once this is done we will estimate ... any rental needs, and cost of the Service Staff etc. Please see our list of vendors. Whether you choose CaterMasters or not, or are just not familiar with local professionals in the Naples area, please feel free to use our vendor list. These are vendors that we have a relationship with, and strongly recommend to provide other services.
We will organize your event so that there are no long lines at the bar, the food is fresh and always well presented and garnished with unique items. Hot food will be served hot, and cold drinks will be served chilled. The set up, break down, staffing, ordering of rental items can all be arranged for a full CaterMasters experience.
If you are looking for a venue, many of our clients will offer their space for others to enjoy, and provide an ‘out of office’ experience / evening for staff and clients. Please ask us so we may offer some suggestions.

We can discuss what arrangement may work best for you, your guests, and the person offering to pay the final Invoice. Specialty ‘Welcome Cocktails’ can be arranged that match your color scheme and vision, and Champagne toasts poured at just the right moment. Read more about our Beverage Services.

We accept MasterCard and Visa, however we prefer a personal check for deposits and final payment. Final payment is due within 7 days of the event, and you will receive the invoice via email, on the Monday following the reception. We understand that weddings may require invoices being sent to different people offering to pay for beverage or for the passed hors d oeuvres etc, and we can accommodate this so long as the payment schedule is maintained.
